Kegel Exercises

Kegel exercises are simple ways in which you can strengthen your pelic floor muscles. These exercises can help ease your incontinence symptoms. To perform a kegel, contract your pelvic floor muscles as if you are trying to stop the urine stream. (Do this when you are not urinating.) Your physician can tell you how many and how often to perform these exercises.

For additional information on individual Kegel exercises, please contact your healthcare provider.
